Thetford Town Council has purchased a Temporary Speed Awareness Messaging Sign (SAM2) as part of the Parish Partnership Scheme ran by Norfolk County Council. For more details on this scheme please go to ppscheme@norfolk.gov.uk. This is in response to resident concerns, and the machine will be manned by 2 local community groups on a rotation system.
