Public Consultation for the proposed residential development at the former gas works site, Bury Road, Thetford

Havebury Housing Partnership is a local housing association which was established in 2002 and has since become a well-known and respected housing association in West Suffolk. With over 6000 properties in its stock, Havebury continues to develop and build new homes to help meet the strong housing need in the area. Working with local partners and delivering value for money remain key drivers within the business.

As you may be aware, Havebury recently acquired the above site at auction, and has plans to build 38 affordable homes on the site. We hope to submit our plans formally in December and I would therefore like to invite you to view/comment on these proposals at a public consultation on Monday 30 November 2015. This will take place at the Guildhall Small Court, Market Place, Thetford between the hours of 15:00 and 19:00.

We hope that you will be able to attend the consultation and meet with representatives of Havebury who are involved with this project to discuss the proposals.
