Thetford Town Council is pleased to announce that its Annual Grants Scheme is now open for applications!

Each year the Council extends the opportunity to local community groups, charities and not for profit organisations to apply for a financial grant from the Council’s grants pool.

There are certain criteria that must be met to be eligible for a small grant or medium grant, these are set out in the Council’s Grants Policy that is available below or under documents then amenities on this website.

There are two types of grant available, small grants of up to £300 or medium grants up to a maximum of £2,000. Terms and conditions do apply.

In previous years grants have been awarded for a variety of projects. Last year awards were made to 26 organisations in the town and grants were given to sports, arts, community, youth, cultural and educational organisations.

Please note that the closing date for medium grant applications is Friday 31^st of August 2017. Applications for a small grant can be submitted throughout the year.
