Students from Thetford Grammar School and Abbeygate Sixth Form College have taken part in helping to create our Heritage Compass mural on Thetford Market Place, which forms part of our Heritage Heroes Project.
The young people, have used their creative talents to assist the artist, Mark, to create figures from Thetford’s past.
The project is part of our Education scheme, that works with the young people in Thetford and the surrounding areas teaching them about the important history of our town.
Thank you to everyone who has taken part so far, we look forward to welcoming more school groups to help with the project.
