Thetford Town Council is now registered with BRAMM (British Register of Accredited Memorial Masons). This means that all stone masons working in the London Road cemetery will be required to be registered with the BRAMM scheme by 31st July 2018. Registration forms are available on this website to download. Registration with BRAMM ensures memorials are installed in accordance with BS8415 and the appropriate industry code of practice and this is essential to ensure the ongoing safety of burial grounds. The Council has recently adopted a “Memorial Management Policy” which is available for download below.
