The Mayor Making Ceremony starts at 7pm in the Large Court of the Guildhall Complex.  Following Mayor Making the Annual Town Meeting will then take place again in the Large Court.  If you wish to ask questions at the Annual Town Meeting you need to arrive before the Mayor Making so that your name can be checked on the electoral roll.  It is suggested you turn up 15 minutes prior to the event as seating is limited.
