Members of the public are invited to make submissions to Thetford Town Council’s Planning Committee meetings via email at least 7 days in advance, so that they can be communicated to councillors before the business of the meeting begins.
Please email markwebster@thetfordtowncouncil.gov.uk with details of what you would like to say.
After that, any further submissions from the public cannot be taken into consideration by councillors until after the meeting has ended: this includes comments on our YouTube channel live chat. The reason for this is to ensure that the business of the meeting can run smoothly. The YouTube channel still enables members of the public to both see and hear the full meeting.
Please note that comments on Planning Applications should be made directly to Breckland District Council via their website: https://www.breckland.gov.uk/planningsearch
